OKTACHEM is involved in the supply of starch, adhesive, and industrial products for paper, corrugated board, packaging, gypsum board, and textile applications, together with technical support. This website does not offer e-commerce, membership accounts, or payment processing. It is used for product presentation, technical information, contact, and collecting quote requests.

This policy applies to personal data collected through the site and related contact/quote processes.

  • Clicking a WhatsApp link (redirect to a third-party service)

Form records and contact requests

Records are stored in Payload CMS / PostgreSQL. If an email notification adapter is configured, a notification may be sent to the relevant team.

  • Optional preference to prepare a WhatsApp message

Technical security and spam protection

Form submissions use Cloudflare Turnstile, a honeypot field, and rate limiting. These measures help reduce automated spam and abuse. During security verification, the relevant provider may process technical data.

Third-party services

The following third-party services may be used for site features. They may be subject to their own privacy terms:

  • Cloudflare Turnstile — form security verification
  • Google Maps — location embed on the contact page
  • WhatsApp — messaging redirect after user click
  • Email notification infrastructure — form alerts when configured

Sharing of information

Personal data may be shared to the extent needed to respond to your request, operate technical infrastructure, or meet legal obligations. Data is not used for advertising profiling or automated decision-making for sales purposes. Payment data for e-commerce is not collected through this site.
